Swati Sinha is a New Media Training Developer at Astron Solutions. She designs and develops self-paced multimedia e-training courses covering a wide variety of HR topics. Swati works with sophisticated technologies, including Articulate Presenter to construct and enhance the interactive design of Astron’s e-learning materials. She researches current and emerging e-learning technologies such as wikis, blogs, collaborative / social networking tools, for application in Astron’s e-learning materials. Swati also explores new technologies and assesses the usability and effectiveness of websites, educational materials, and learning objects in the web-based learning environment.

Thoroughly cross-trained, Swati conducts a variety of compensation analyses to meet our project deadlines and client needs. She market prices a variety of jobs for different clients and prepares reports, graphs, and charts of the results of statistical studies.

Prior to joining Astron, Swati worked for Hewitt Associates in India where she played a key role in the company’s start-up. She assisted in managing of a full spectrum of HR operations, systems, and programs including staffing, compensation, performance management, HRIS, HR technology, payroll, policies development, organizational effectiveness, and legal compliance. In addition, Swati was associated with United Health Group and HCL Technologies in India in a variety of HR roles.

Swati has a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Nagpur University, India and a Master of Science in Human Resource Management and Development from New York University, New York. She is an active member of SHRM, HR/NY, The HR Alliance Meet-up Group, and WorldatWork.
