John Sazaklis is Astron Solutions' Lead Technology Architect. John’s primary areas of expertise are the creation of assorted applications in a variety of programming languages; manipulating queries and updating data; developing websites; and the design and development of networks. John also specializes in creating customized database application, in both PC and web platforms. In his role at Astron Solutions, John performs custom programming for surveys and various technical applications. In addition to his technical work, John performs market analyses and leads custom market survey processes. He also partners with clients to develop performance management, pay for performance, job description, succession planning, talent management, and employee survey processes.

Prior to Astron, John was an intern at TNT Consulting Inc., where he was responsible for creating, administering and updating websites, among other duties, while finishing his senior year at C.W. Post University, New York. As an intern at TNT Consulting, John received hands-on technical experience that utilized the knowledge he had gained from his Computer Science BS degree from C.W. Post University. John also served as manager of the Hicksville Sweet Shop, where he demonstrated strong leadership, troubleshooting, and customer service skills.
