Francine E. Giocondo

Francine Giocondo is a Senior Statistical Analyst at Astron Solutions. Francine focuses on the development, design, and implementation of base pay and total cash compensation systems. Clients in need of market data on positions at the staff and executive level contact Francine for market pricing. In addition to market requests on an ad hoc basis, she assists clients in year-end compensation structure updates. Francine also supports the custom salary survey process, including questionnaire design, submission quality control checking, and analysis / report generation.

Prior to joining Astron, Francine worked for the Center for Molecular and Behavioral Neuroscience at Rutgers University. Most recently, as Laboratory Manager, she managed the development of the staff, ensured the proper administration of standardized and experimental testing, and presented findings for papers, grant proposals, and conferences. Her work has been published by the Cognitive Neuroscience Society Conference and the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.

Francine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Brandeis University, and a Master of Arts in Human Resource Management from The School of Management and Labor Relations at Rutgers University.
